SitRelief Shorts are not sized like typical underwear as small, medium and large, etc.
Many grateful users with sitting pain due to a thin buttocks or thin thighs have found relief using one of the 6 custom sizes A-F based on waist size. If you have very thin thighs or have any question about your size, order the next smaller size.
The fabric is a black perforated mesh Polyester/Spandex blend. They stretch easily and are not a compression garment.
The foam pad is a high quality, highly resilient foam that conforms to your body over time with wearing and washing. You may experience some stiffness in the foam the first time they are worn. After washing and drying on hot a few times you will notice they take the shape of your body as the initial stiffness of the foam diminishes. The more you wear and wash them, the better they work!
If you like a snug fit in the waist, fold the waistband over.
